Presentation Guideline

Presentation Requirement
Please fill out the presentation requirement and return to the MARSIM'03 Secretariat.

Presentation Time
The allotted time for presentation is 15 minutes for a contributed paper with an additional 10 minutes for questions and answers.

Audiovisual Equipments for Presentation
The following audiovisual equipments will be arranged in the conference rooms:
・Podium, microphones, screen and pointer
・Overhead Projector (OHP)
・LCD projector with 8 ports switching connector


 For using the LCD projector, the presenter is requested:

 1.Bring your laptop with you.
    100V/60Hz power supply with A outlet (commonly used in U.S.A. and Japan) is available in each conference room.
    Plug type changer and transformer are not prepared.

 2.At least one day before the presentation day,check the availability of computer projection
    from your own laptop.
    For checking purpose, additional LCD projectors are available at the registration desk.

 3.During the coffee / lunch break just before your session, connect your own laptop
   with the LCD projector through the switching connector by yourself and make sure that your laptop can work well.

 4.Bring a hard copy of all slides as the transparencies for overhead projection in case of computer difficulties.

  The specifications of the LCD projector,  the switching connector and the RGB cable are as follows;
 
        Native Resolution                1024 x 768
        Computer Compatibility       VGA, SVGA, XGA
        RGB Input Terminal             D-sub HD (Mini D-sub) 15-pin

        RGB Input Cable between       D-sub HD 15-pin connecters at both ends of 2m cable
         Computer and Switching Connecter   (No cable with other special connecters is provided.)
